We want to foster meaningful systems change and create positive social impact.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
We believe that to enable change at a systemic level, we need to be open to new ways of thinking, being, and doing.
"When we engage in systemic thinking, we see the object of study as part of a greater system. We take into account the relationships among the parts of the system, between the parts and the whole, and between the whole and larger systems in which it is embedded. We recognize and accept complexity and interdependence. We do not accept simplistic solutions for the sake of momentarily resolving pressing problems. Rather, we consider the long-term impact that a proposed solution will have on the whole system and recognize that any so-called solution that merely passes the problem on to another part of the system and is not truly a solution." (Anello et al. in Transformative Leadership, 2014)
