DEI IMMI Lab for Organizations

The DEI IMMI Lab fosters inclusion and diversity by focusing on the integration, employment,and leadership of professional immigrant women in the Canadian workplace. We bring together a cohort of organizations dedicated to creating safe, welcoming workplaces, and innovative diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices.

 

The lab will allow organizations to:

​

1) Exchange and test DEI ideas;

 

2) Implement an intercultural approach to achieve transformative and sustainable impacts on hiring immigrant women talent; and

 

3) Collaboratively address and resolve the Canadian employers and recent immigrants, thereby creating mutually beneficial partnerships.
